For the Love of Reading’s mission is to improve equitable and universal access to vigorous literacy instruction for developing readers of all ages by providing financial and educational resources to students and teachers across the globe.
What we do For the Love of Reading
Scholarships for Literacy
Through the support of our generous donors we are able to fund access to high quality reading instruction for ALL students. We help connect families to multi-sensory reading instruction to benefit every child’s academic, social and emotional well being no matter their financial limitations. EVERY student deserves customized instruction delivered the way their brain works. Every year that passes, this achievement gap widens without the proper reading instruction. We are honored to partner with families and schools around the world to provide scholarships for students who need the private reading remediation to help them stay on track to a successful educational experience and a future success in a career. Literacy Around the World
We are honored to partner with educational facilities around the world to raise a generation of teachers and students that get to experience the freedom in literacy. Through real life experiences and training we have developed a curriculum that teaches the strong foundations of literacy that every reader needs to be successful. Our training focuses on the application of strong pedagogical principles rooted in phonics and the science of reading. We help teachers around the world make their classrooms engaging and successful by harvesting flourishing readers.
